A G1 Licence holder, M.M. was charged with SPEEDING under s.128(1) of the Highway Traffic Act and DRIVING WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE under s.32(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
 

 Penalties if Convicted

If convicted, M.M. could have received 4 demerit points, a fine of between $200 and $1,000, a mandatory 30 day driver’s licence suspension and an immediate insurance rate increase of  100%
